How frequently is the information regarding minutes of use updated?
#MIN is an estimate of the minutes used since your last statement date. The estimate is typically updated within the last 24 hours. This estimate may not include usage outside your local calling area. Back to top
When does #MIN start over?
Your minutes start over at midnight of the last day of your billing period. To identify your billing period:
Login to My Account.
Select "My Bill".
Look under the "Statement Summary" section to find the beginning and ending date of your billing period.
